I have updated to Sharepod 3.9.5 and I still can not back up photos. Selecting the "photos" tab displays no images. All it will recognize is my audio tracks. Now, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Sharepod for the freedom it gives me to manage my files! (You can quote me on that.) BUT, I'd love to download my photos to my laptop and clear up more space on my iPhone. HELP!!!
I have the same problem as Eddie - 3.9.5 doesn't seem to work for photos. I select the menu option on the left for photos, and nothing shows up. Am I doing something wrong?
My personal choice for an <a href="http://www.build-my-home-computer.com/online-photo-backup.html>online photo backup</a> is easy to use, 2GB free trial to see if it's for you. After the initial install, it runs in your systray. In my opinion it's great for pictures, not so much a whole system backup unless you don't have much to backup, or you have a really fast internet connection.

Joel,
this is an old post - the current version of SharePod will back up your photos from your iPod.
